What the message means and who can turn BMS AI on.

The BMS AI page with the message: BMS AI is not connected: no Anthropic API key is set on this server, so it cannot answer yet.
BMS AI is not connected.
  • “BMS AI is not connected” means the server has no AI key yet. Whoever runs BMS has to add one. Nothing you ask is sent anywhere.
  • “BMS AI is turned off for your firm” means the key is there but your firm has not enabled it. An Admin can turn it on; see Turn on BMS AI and set a monthly limit.
  • If it stops answering partway through a month, the firm’s monthly limit has been reached.
