Figure Means
Production Time recorded in the month at its standard rates.
Billings Invoices posted in the month, before tax.
Collections Payments received in the month.
Recovery Billed against the recorded value of the month’s time that has been billed.
Jobs Completed Jobs finished in the month.
Lock-up Days WIP days plus debtor days.

Each shows last month and last year beside it. Below are WIP by Age, Debtors by Age and jobs that are stuck.
