Renew or end an engagement

For firms that bill in BMS

This applies when your firm raises its invoices in BMS. A firm whose money lives in MYOB AE raises its bills in MYOB AE; see How billing works when MYOB AE holds the money.

An active engagement.

• An engagement set to renew gets a draft for the next period, marked Auto Renew in the list. Press View Renewal to open it.
• Opt Out of Renewal stops it renewing; it ends on its renewal date.
• To end it sooner, use the … menu.

The notice on Engagements lists those due for renewal in the next 90 days.
