Connect Xero or QuickBooks Online

Xero and QuickBooks Online need the app’s keys set on the server first, and they are not set up on bmsp.app yet. Until then, the page says it has not been set up on this server yet, so it cannot be connected.

Xero, not yet set up.

Once it is set up:

1. On Connected Apps, press Connect beside Xero or QuickBooks Online.

2. Sign in to your ledger and allow BMS access.

3. BMS matches your BMS contacts with the ledger’s contacts. Check any it could not be sure of; see Fix match issues and sync errors.

From then on, approving an invoice in BMS sends it to your ledger.
