A history of everything the firm sent you; new entries are marked until you open it.

Inbox is a history of everything your firm did for you in the portal: requests sent, replies on items, documents to sign and invoices. It is one place to catch up, instead of searching through email.

The Inbox page listing entries such as Graham Westbrook commented on Upload your bank interest statements, and Graham Westbrook sent you Engagement letter 2025-26 to sign, each with how long ago.
Newest first; each entry opens what it is about.
  • New entries are counted beside Inbox in the menu until you open it.
  • Press an entry to open the request item, document or invoice it is about.
