Choose which dashboard opens for each person

Admins set each colleague's dashboard role.

Each colleague’s dashboard starts from their access and roles. An Admin can set it instead.

  1. Go to Settings > Colleagues.

    Settings Colleagues with columns Name, Job title, Handle, Roles, Access, Capacity, Dashboard, Workflow name and Charge out; each Dashboard value, such as Partner or Manager, is a link.
    The Dashboard column on Settings > Colleagues.

  2. Press the colleague’s Dashboard value, such as Partner.

  3. Choose Partner, Manager or Accountant and save.

The colleague’s My Dashboard opens on that view from then on.
