Work completed vs due, days in each status, due dates moved, leaderboards.
Insights > Work shows how the firm’s work is moving, for the month in Date Range.
- Work Items Started, Completed, Overdue and Completed On Time, each against the previous period.
- Days to Complete on Average.
- Work Completed vs Work Due: a line for each through the month.
- Average Days Spent in Each Primary Status, with View report.
- Number of Times Due Date Moved for Open Work, and leaderboards of who completed most.
Add Filter narrows it, for example to one work type or team.
