Job tracker firms

The job tracker appears only for firms that run it. In the sidebar it carries your firm’s own name, such as Larkin’s workflow.

The tabs across the top of the job tracker are its sheets. Use the arrows at the end of the tab row to reach the ones further along.

Sheet	Answers
All Accountants	Every job at the firm in one table.
For Manager Review	Jobs waiting for a manager to review.
One sheet per accountant	One accountant’s jobs, such as Graham.
To Be Assigned	New jobs nobody has yet.

BMS remembers the sheet you last opened. Columns run across the sheet: client group, entity, job type, financial year, partner, job in date, due date, end of month, status and more; scroll right, or use the arrow at the right edge, to see them all.
