These pages show what MYOB AE holds, read into BMS. Nothing on them is typed into BMS, and BMS never writes back to MYOB AE.

Billing > Realization shows how much of each client’s charged time turned into fees.

Column	Means
Charged	Time charged in MYOB AE.
Written Up	Amounts written up.
Billed	Amounts billed.
Written Off	Amounts written off.
Unbilled	What is still unbilled.
Realization	Billed against the charged time that has left WIP (charged less unbilled).

Charged plus written up should equal billed plus written off plus unbilled. Where MYOB AE’s own figures do not add up, Out By shows the difference rather than hiding it. A client marked Not in BMS is in MYOB AE but has no BMS contact.
